Introduction

In today’s fast-changing digital landscape, cybercrime is evolving at a alarming pace. No longer limited to large corporations or governments, cyber threats now increasingly target small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), startups, and independent entrepreneurs, who often lack the resources or preparedness to defend themselves.

From phishing attacks and ransomware to AI-generated deepfakes, identity theft, and online scams, the threat landscape has become more complex and deceptive than ever. With the rise of automation and generative AI, malicious actors can now craft convincing emails, fake voices, cloned websites, and fabricated news stories in seconds—amplifying the risk for unsuspecting businesses. A single cyber incident can cripple operations, leak sensitive customer data, damage brand reputation, and lead to major financial loss.

Recognizing this growing threat, the 1-Day Cyber Resilience – First Responders Program is a specially curated initiative to equip startups, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge needed to build digital resilience.

This program is not about technical deep-dives or high-cost solutions . Instead, it focuses on what matters most for everyday businesses:

  • How to identify and avoid common cyber traps
  • How to implement low-cost or free security measures
  • How to respond to an incident without panic
  • And most importantly, how to build a culture of digital safety from the ground up.

Through expert-led sessions, interactive simulations, practical toolkits, and real-world examples, this workshop offers clear, actionable takeaways that participants can apply immediately, regardless of their technical background. No jargon. No tech overload. Just real solutions for real businesses in the digital age.
