Job Description: The project’s front runner will be the project team leader. He or she will collaborate with other team members to create and develop a suitable project plan capable of meeting progression requirements using proven methods in the shortest amount of time and with the least amount of expense possible. As a project leader, he or she will collaborate with other key members to implement project activities for achieving the stated project’s objectives. When making project-related choices, the project leader will use sound judgment.

Expected Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Give clear directions and instructions to both team members and stakeholders with regards to external factors, to enable them carryout their duties effectively
  • Clarify the duties, roles and functions of team members between both prospective competing team members and their superiors
  • Create and implement project plan and execution
  • Encourage contributions and input from team members and other key stake holders on the project and acknowledge efforts made by team members and reward them accordingly
  • Give clear and unbiased assessment of the movement and nature of projects in relations to production cost and expenses
  • Determine the appropriate time to make advancement on projects and move on to further stages. Also, acknowledge when certain strategies aren’t effective and implement change of plans
  • Carryout constant evaluation and adjustment within a specific period of time to ensure that both internal and external factors do not suffer
  • Maintain direct and open interaction with line managers to make sure all resources needed for the project are available and also consider the negotiation of amendments to project plans to achieve best offers.
  • Good temperament to deal with team members’ shortcomings.
  • Independently assists and counsels’ families in the development and Implementation of child abuse prevention plans.
  • Interviews family members to examine and documents information on strengths, mental and physical growth, abuse history, parenting abilities and perspectives of the reported occurrence; exercises emergency removal authority.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in any of the aforementioned field – Social Work, Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, Family & Child Development, Guidance & Counselling.
  • 5+ years of working experience in the relevant field. Candidates with working experience in Rajasthan on the issue of “Child Protection” would be given preference.
  • Good proficiency in Hindi & English Language (both oral & writing)
  • Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Ms-word, excel, power point.

Job Description: We are seeking a diligent IT specialist to take care of all our IT needs. He/She should have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies along with an amiable personality and an aptitude for customer service.

Expected Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in digitization of training modules and its conversion as self- learning modules that would be hosted over servers
  • Installing of new software and hardware components.
  • Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
  • Assisting with network administration tasks.
  • Ensuring data storage safety and security.
  • Resolving issues of co-workers with their IT systems and software.
  • Educating co-workers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operations of computer network.

 

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate level Degree in computer science or a related field is preferable.
  • 2+ years of professional working experience.
  • Professional certifications in computer knowledge and application – preferably related to designing self-learning training modules, web designing & server management.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
  • Personable, professional demeanour.

Job Description: Position works with the project team to conduct activities relating to the design, development, delivery, and assessment of continuing awareness education programming for stakeholders under the direction of the designee. This job, as allocated by project management, will collaborate with the sponsor’s Instructional Design and Development unit to build or amend curricula in response to requests from project partners or stakeholders, as well as function as master trainer and liaison to the training audience.

Expected Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, manage, deliver, and evaluate educational programs and related materials; consult and assess donor/partner needs
  • Determine curriculum objectives and education related performance competencies
  • Develop various course materials
  • Monitor, update, and disseminate program and course information
  • Review and ensure compliance for all programs as required
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for educational programs and services
  • Develop or update publications, fact sheets, and/or presentations
  • Evaluate and prioritize internal and external requests; resolve issues as needed
  • Generate and prepare reports, reviewing for gaps/issues and making recommendations for improvements
  • Participate in gathering and analyzing data and provide input based on such data, as requested
  • Cultivate, develop, and maintain relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and businesses on the local and national level to develop initiatives.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to project staffs.
  • Performing other duties as assigned to meet contract requirements

 

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in any of the aforementioned field – Social Work, Human Services, Sociology, Psychology, Family & Child Development, Guidance & Counselling.
  • 3+ years of working experience in the relevant field. Candidates with working experience in Rajasthan on the issue of “Education” would be given preference.
  • Experience in coordination, development, delivery, and evaluation of adult training programs in traditional and non-traditional settings would be an added advantage
  • Excellent writing, speaking, training delivery, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work independently as well as within teams.
  • Strong team orientation and successful experience in coaching, motivating, and developing skills of staff.
  • Demonstrated proficiencies using Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Zoom platform, and document and presentation templates.
